Why CONNECT?

At Connect Physical Therapy and Wellness, we value an integrative individualized approach. The word CONNECT summarizes many of our values:

  • CONNECT with you: We listen to your goals and partner together to make a plan to work toward them.

  • CONNECT neurons: As we work towards your goals through exercise, movement and other activities, your brain makes new neural connections. These pathways are connecting neurons in our brain as well as from our brain to the nerves in your spine and body. This process is called neuroplasticity.

  • CONNECT mind, body and soul: We believe that there is a connection between the physical body, mind, and soul; therefore a holistic approach is essential. While it is important to address fitness with mobility and exercise, it is also important to address nutrition, psychological factors, support system and other aspects that affect your overall health.

  • CONNECT to resources: We want to connect you with community resources that will help support your overall well-being.

  • CONNECT with your team: We love to collaborate with your other healthcare and wellness providers to provide the best integrative holistic care.

We hope to CONNECT with you!
